It is because of your love of a fresh Almond Mulk, that we can continue to do what we love to do: bringing you the freshest, purest and best tasting Almond MULK under the Cali sun! Please read and acquaint yourself with our return policy and do not hesitate to contact us by email with any questions at hi@themulkco..

Orders

Mulk is made-to-order. Due to the process of soaking the almonds, orders are prepped the day before actual production commences. Orders therefore need to be placed by 8am on Wednesday, for the coming weekend pickup or delivery. Any order placed after this cut-off time will automatically be scheduled for the following week.

Delivery

Mulk is a fresh product. Like any raw, perishable product, Mulk needs to be stored at a controlled temperature, which must be 40 °F or less. Delivery is between 8am – 5pm. Market pickups are during that specific market`s open times. Please plan accordingly and leave out a cooler with ample ice and ice-packs on the morning of delivery/bring with you to the market. During the hot, summer months, you will need to use extra ice and ice-packs.

Storage

For correct storage, please ensure your fridge temperature is set to 40 °F or less. Store Mulk on the back shelf where the temperature is the coldest and most controlled. Never store Mulk on the fridge door.

* Please note, failure to follow safe food handling practices, storage and temperature control may increase the risk of foodborne illness for which you are solely liable.

Return Policy

Mulk is a fresh product that is made to order. It is therefore non-returnable, non-refundable nor exchangeable for another flavor. Please ensure you choose the correct flavor upon checkout and follow our storage instructions above. You can also try our flavors at the farmers market before ordering.

Market Pickups

Your Mulk is made to order. Due to its 5-day shelf life, we do not offer refunds for farmers market no shows, nor are we able to remake your order a second time. Please make sure you are indeed able to pick up your order and have selected the correct farmers market to pick it up from.

Replacements

Replacements will only be approved under certain, limited circumstances. To request a replacement, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Please email your order confirmation, date of order and description of the issue to orders@localhost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders and subscriptions are permitted up until our order cutoff date which is 8am on Wednesday morning. Please email: orders@themulkco with your order number and request. We will not be able to process refunds for cancelled or paused subscriptions if we are notified after the order cutoff date. Subscriptions can also be modified or paused by logging into your account or by emailing us with your request at: orders@themulkco. Gift cards and Mulk Merch purchases cannot be refunded.
