With a love for baking and drinking Chocolate milk, I set about creating a dairy-alternative chocolate milk that rivaled Nesquick but made from almonds!

Originally, my "mulks" were an add-on product to my baked goods line at San Diego farmers markets. This is where Mulk was originally found.

In 2018, I noticed not only the rise in veganism, but how consumers were prioritizing wellness and self-care as part of their lifestyle-which really got traction from 2020.

This is when I pivoted from "Meloochi`s" - my cookie business - to The Mulk Co, a clean-label, premium, cold-pressed almond milk line featuring bigger Staples sizes as well as ready-to-drink flavors.

We sold out on our first day at Little Italy Mercato!
