Freshness Guaranteed
Our almond milk is made fresh and shipped directly to you. To ensure the highest quality, please note that our products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon delivery.

Shipping Location & Methods

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS with insulated packaging.

Order Cutoff

  • Please allow up to two (2) business days for order processing.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only, to avoid weekend delays. 

Temperature Control

  • All shipments include insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.

  • We recommend being available to receive your package or arranging for refrigerated storage upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen delivery speed.

Damages or Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged or the product is not properly refrigerated upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Note

  • Due to the perishable nature of our almond milk, we do not ship internationally.

  • We cannot guarantee freshness for delivery addresses outside our standard shipping regions.
